ROYAL TRANSITIONAL COOLER STAMP OF GASPARD FRANCOIS TEUNE, DELIVERED IN 1775 TO THE COUNT D'ARTOIS FOR THE CHATEAU DE VERSAILLES

chiseled and gilded bronze ornamentation, the pear-shaped top with three removable coolers and a circular top in grey veined white marble encircled by an openwork gallery, the eventful tripod base joined by two spacer shelves also surrounded by an openwork gallery and finished with castors, stamped under the FGTEUNE Delivered in 1775 for the dining room of the Comte d'Artois, Palace of Versailles; Adolphe and Victoire Niel collection.
